Historical Media is a privately owned close corporation dedicated to the preservation and publishing of historical documents. The company was established in 2000 and first published its flagship newspaper, The Cape Odyssey, in January of 2001.
Since then we've grown the business by incorporating book publishing as well as providing document and portfolio services to hotels, artists and other establishments. Our first book, The Best of The Cape Odyssey Vol. 1, was published in the first quarter of 2007, and the book, WOODSTOCK, later that year. In 2008, we released A West Coast Odyssey and Tales of Shipwrecks at the Cape of Storms. We've recently published Wrecked - Under the Green Point Light (Below), which you can view on our website.
We have several books on the cards for the next two years, with a revised edition of the book, A West Coast Odyssey planned to be be released in late 2009.
